Nicole Nixon and Carly Bromley (N&C) have a long standing ‘small town’ history as their paths have routinely crossed both professionally and socially. For nearly 10 years, they have worked together on-and-off, directly and indirectly. Nicole’s roots stem in professional photography, while Carly’s education is in public relations. Both women worked in model management, and also modeled locally in print & fine art themselves.
Nicole having owned a photography and graphic design business since 2004, in 2019 decided that she could use some help. January of 2020, N&C ‘made it official.’ Carly is now Nicole’s operations/project manager, and officially organizes a very right brained Nicole. With experience in organizing large, local marketing projects, N&C have simultaneously grown to be two sides of one proverbial ‘marketing coin.’
Nicole focuses on UI design with an emphasis on brand aesthetics, product photography, and content creation. Nicole also has experience in high-end retail email design: previously with Marissa Collections, and currently with Shannon Green Collection. Alternatively, Carly continues to perfect her UX design skills in CRM and social marketing strategy, along with project management, people management and training in her current role at Gartner, Inc.
N&C both have an extremely psychological approach to marketing. By focusing on the client’s thought process, they place a great deal of importance on the user’s intention and emotional connection. This passion and innate skill stems from N&C’s intuitive personality types, which empower them to be immensely proficient listeners and interpretive designers. Their overall area of expertise exists in in the ability to translate vision. ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole Nixon (INFJ) is an accomplished commercial, editorial and, asmp registered media & press photographer specializing in food, fashion, and fine jewelry. She is a proven creator of content marketing strategies born and raised in Bethel NY, (home of the Woodstock Festival in 1969), she is now a 20 year ‘adopted local’ resident of Naples, FL.
Her jewelry and fashion product photography has been featured nationally in publications like, WWD, Town & Country, Garden & Gun, and the New York Times style section as well as local Florida editorial and fashion publications.
Her work in food journalism has been featured within Food Network’s ‘Beat Bobby Flay’. She has photographed private events featuring James Beard award-winning, and highly recognized Chefs and Sommeliers, from around the world as well as having been featured in their emails and online.
Currently Nicole works within web3 with Decentraland, and within various NFT projects.
Prior to web3, Nicole worked as in-house commercial, print, fashion and ecommerce product photographer and content curator at Marissa Collections, a renowned boutique of designer apparel accessories and fine jewelry in Naples, FL. And also with, with Shannon Green Collection (SGC), a boutique that represents a global collection of fine jewelry.
In addition to photography, Nicole is a UI (user interface) leaning - web content designer, and she matures brands by focusing on the aesthetics of their digital design while taking into account the psychology of the end user.
A professional photographer for over ten years, her skill set has grown to include various e-commerce retail and digital marketing experiences. This experience includes, email design for ecommerce, SEO marketing, Google analytics, and website content design.
Nicole is also skilled in UX (user experience) focused design. Utilizing CRM’s (customer relationship management) metrics and data, she is able to tailor content to better fill the needs of her clients.
Adding to her proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom, as well as illustration and photo manipulation in procreate , Nicole can also create gifs and animated graphics as well as custom illustrations that are brand specific, adding layers to your digital marketing and social media campaigns, while cohesively exposing your brand to newer audiences.

ABOUT CARLY
Carly Bromley (ISFJ) is a UX Designer specializing in project management, public relations and overall organization. With experience in both the corporate world and the agency setting, she has the ability to be flexible and adapt to each client’s needs.
As a Naples native, Carly has watched the city of Naples evolve for 30+ years. Her Southwest Florida upbringing enables her with the unique perspective of a local, as well as extensive knowledge of the area and it’s residents.
Carly’s professional background comes from Gartner, Inc. where she specializes in both professional development and new hire training. Her tenure with Gartner has empowered her with the project management tools that make her the strongly organized professional she is today.
Prior to Gartner, Carly worked mainly with small businesses based in SWFL: magazines, modeling agencies, design groups and entertainment companies.
Her educational career began in Psychology at the University of North Florida. In 2011, she moved back to South Florida to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. In 2013, she received her B.A. in Communications and Public Relations at FGCU.
Carly’s skillset is technical, acquired and innate. Her technical skills range from O365 Suite, G Suite and iWork to online media management and representation.
Given her professional background and education, she possesses strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach. She is also sought after for effective time management and actionable decision making.
Since 2017, Carly has been the online voice, eyes and ears of the local, energetic tavern featuring craft beers, whiskey & bar grub: Whiskey Park. Her work with the owners of Whiskey Park has focused on unique, trendsetting event coordination, as well as social networking.
In January of 2020, we kicked off the new year with welcoming Carly to the Nicole Nixon family. Since then, she continues to grow and thrive as a professional and Nicole’s right-hand (wo)man.
